Returns & Exchanges

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You will have 21 days to refund or exchange your order, after acquiring of goods. However, if there is a fault with your item you will have 30 days from the date of the purchase, to return for a refund or exchange.

 

Q: How can I return or exchange an item?

A: If you wish to return an order please contact us via email enclosing your order number, the reason for return, the item you wish to return and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange your item please clearly state the item you would prefer.

 

Q: Do you offer free returns?

A: At present, we do not offer free returns unless we find a fault with your item. This is something we are hoping to offer in the near future.

 

Q: How long does it take to process my refund?

A: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the parcel. If you are requesting a refund please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to process.

 

Q: How long does it take to process my exchange?

A: Your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the parcel. If you are requesting an exchange please allow 3-10 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.

 

Q: Will I have to pay an additional postage cost when arranging an exchange?

A: No. Although we do not offer free returns, you will not need to pay an extra cost for the dispatch of your new item.

 

Q: I am ordering from overseas, will I have to pay an additional postage cost when arranging an exchange?

A: No.

 

Q: My invoice has not been shipped with my order?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can issue another invoice.

 

Q: I no longer want the item, can I return an unwanted product?

A: Yes. An unwanted product can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 21 calendar days from the day after delivery. 

You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software.

However, if there is a fault with your item you will have 30 days from the date of the purchase, to return for a refund or exchange.

 

Q: What will happen if there is a fault with my item?

A: If you believe your item to be faulty, please return it to our offices and we will send the item off for inspection. If there is a fault we will issue you a full refund, if no manufacturing fault has been found with the item then you will not get a refund and the item will be returned to you.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Faulty items are applicable for an extended returns period of 30 days, from date of purchase. 

 

Q: When does the right to cancel not apply?

A: • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

Q: What are your terms of cancellation?

A: Right to cancel

7.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within 21 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 21 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

7.1.1 The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

7.1.2 A restocking fee sufficient to cover our reasonable costs may be levied on item(s) cancelled after the cancellation period.

7.3  To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

7.4 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

7.5  We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

7.6 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, 

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, 

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

7.7 We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

7.8 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7.9 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 21 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

7.10 The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 21 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
